Limited Product Warranty

For a period of one (1) year from the time of purchase, Live View Sports (Seller) warrants that the Products shall be manufactured in accordance with the Specifications and be free from defects in materials and workmanship. In the event that a Product fails to comply with this Limited Product Warranty, Seller shall either: repair, replace, or refund the Purchase Price of the non-conforming Product returned to Seller. The repair, replacement or refund remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy provided under the Limited Product Warranty and shall not extend beyond the one (1) year period set forth herein.

SELLER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, AND SELLER ALSO SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF THE PRODUCT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BREACH OF ANY OBLIGATION IMPOSED ON SELLER HEREUNDER OR IN CONNECTION HEREWITH) OR THE USE, STORAGE, DISPOSAL OR HANDLING OF PRODUCT.
